Using The Belt
How to put on The Chiropractic Belt™
First time use of The Chiropractic Belt™
• Make sure the two side tension straps are flat against the body of the belt.
• Fasten the belt by placing it around your hips and connecting the Velcro fastener securely in front.
• With the belt in place, pull both side tension straps forward securing them to the Velcro on the body of the belt. (Note that the pelvic support is directly proportional to the pressure provided by the side tension straps. It is very important to secure the side tension straps comfortably. However, do not tighten the side tension straps more than 2 – 3 inches.)
